Maybe this stats work:
Level 5 revolver
On hit:+15 health
+30 cloak hit
-25% damage penalty
-75% clip size

Agree with the cloak. With only a health benefit, this would be great. true, the spy would do no damage, but he could get health back,

Agree with the cloak. With only a health benefit, this would be great. true, the spy would do no damage, but he could get health back,

No no no Derringers are very powerful and loud so it should be louder gunshots and more damage or in fact marked for death after shooting (and keep the clip size to two)
