I was testing my mod after 214.3 update on server with 17 other mods installed and it worked fine. Try to "Reset Mod Guid" in ARKDevKit before uploading your mod to steam. I think it's happening when people play on old version of mod. Reseting guid should force them to redownloading mod.

Testet on 215.4 and no Stair will be able to place :(

Same here .. i can see the "green" version but if i want to set the structure... it wont be there
i cant set it ... no type of stair =(

The server restarted automaticly .. now it works =)

Ive got the mod loaded back on my server, cheat spawned several of the stone spiral and it won't let me place it.

Server is v215.4 and only has this mod loaded.

*edit* Removed mod and started my server, then readded and restarted again. This time after second restart I could place the spiral and regular. Then I went to place another on top of the spiral and it does the clicky thing and won't let me place it.

i have done this the mod goes onto the server items are green but just dont place, if i have items in my inventory leave the game then come back on they will then place but make some more i end up with the same error.

it looks like a great looking mod and would like it working on our servers

Ok I am unable to get the stairs to snap for my buildings. They turn green when I snap them to the foundations or whatever but when i click to place they just dont snap. Other people on my server are able to place them just fine. I have no clue what could be causing this. Any help would be nice.

Deleted my earlier post cause I found out that if I craft the items from the engrams, they work properly. If I use the cheat spawn from the cheat discussion, they will not place or snap. Something in that line maybe that is wrong.

I will check giveitem list today. I think there's something wrong in the post.

I am having the same problem i am able to spawn and not place but i see people who made the items via crafting are able to place.

Unless you updated it i have already clearly stated that i have already spawned them in, and i cannot place them. Only crafted items can be placed.

So yea, truth...crafted ones place just fine, spawned in ones won't place

Broken mod. Author won't fix. Many people having issues with spawning in items and placing items down that won't snap. I have no rented server. We just host and run a non-dedicated server for a handful of friends that I play with and we are all having this issue. Therefore the tutorial the author tells us to read doesn't apply to us. Good luck on the mod and I hope this gets improved in the future. :)
