Why are there no steps?!

Seriously this is extremely irritating. My stairs dont reach my floor and I cant add a second set of stairs because they clip right through the roof of my basement.

Use small version. They're one wall high and fit very well. I wanted to remove big steps that's why I fixed this issue only on small steps.
