I'm thinking classified, like the cartel or the basilisk since it isnt a huge change to the default skin.

The next case is rumored to contain a covert M4A1-S. So maybe it can be a covert?

possibly, but hopefully it's pretty cheap, cause this looks amazing

nah. This won't make it into the case. Valve specifically said in their post about the next case that covert spots are saved for the more colorful skins. Muted tones and colors, such as this skin, are for mil spec up to classified. I'm defintely feeling a restricted, since this authors ak made it into the game but was only ranked a mil spec.
