So, you already said that that idea was on the board, but I was thinking about it, and I think obsidian tools would be what you could use. I know you already have obsidian arrows and spears, so an obsidian axe that only gets stone and wood and a obsidian pick that only gets flint and thatch would be awesome and fit right in to the style of the mod!

Well if you were doing that maybe the obsidian pick should only get meat and obsidian axe only hide...

Miners cart being added :) An obsidian tier of weapons is on the to-do list (need to take a close look at the damage/durability/etc to make sure its balanced properly)

Cool.. the reason I asked about a better bookshelf..

Am tired of looking at stock items that look like they came from a post apocalyptic (modern, half destroyed) era.. rather than primitive (roughly made/ancient) era.

Trail bread (hard tack).. a food item made from bread (baked) and Berries (picked).. dried in the Preserving Hut.

Trail mix (less effective than trail bread).. Berries only, dried in preserving hut when no bread present.

Potted meat.. Raw meat 1 stack, when cooked in a campfire (or replacement) with an EMPTY water jar. Stores meat in jar (or pot graphic replacement) for longer keeping while on the road. Using jar, gives 1 cooked meat back for each use. Since each jar takes 1 slot, and holds 1 stack of meat, the inventory space used is the same, the meat just lasts longer than normal cooked meat.

Sheperds Pie, high quality human food item. 1 cooked meat, dough, crop veggies.. made in Bakers oven.

Higher quality narcotics (not for use on arrows?), made in cauldron.. not sure how that recipe could be done. Maybe a "cook down".. 2 narcs + ?? = 1.5 -1.6 original narc effectiveness?

Cure poison potion.. made in cauldron. Charcoal + Stim + ??, reduces length of time poisoned. (should have a cooldown). Down with dilos and bugs!

Increase scale on stairs slightly? The unsightly gap at the top... just looks.. odd.
Make them both usable outdoors. Will hold off on the rest about stairs.

Decrease scale on Tanning Rack.. its huge!

Increase scale on water well slightly. Seems small.

(just my thoughts on those last two.. opinions may vary)

How about Not adding in anymore items until you fix the issues with what you currently have in the mod.

Uziel, if you'd rather not use the mod until its more stable that's fine, but since there is a mod competition going on, it doesn't make sense to halt development for 1 or 2 things. Because then you've spent 3 weeks working on one thing when more could be added. Some things just don't work at the current stage in the development kit, or work fine when it isn't on the server.

And additionally, I'm pretty sure 90% of the things work fine.. Things like the drop rates for seeds will always be adjusted. Problems with the wall torch and stairs are known dev kit issues. If it wasn't operational at all, I wouldn't be releasing new builds. Additionally I have a team that's helping with testing.
