Here it is the great STATS.

15% Firing speed
25% Clip size (10 more in clip)
-20% Damage penalty (so 8 damage instead of 10, 4 damage at farthest drop off)
And on kill you get 5% Uber and assist is 2% Uber.

on hit: +.5% uber
+50% fire speed (15 / sec) - (original: 10 / sec)
-25% clip size (30 clip) - (original: 40 clip)
+30% reload time (2.08 sec) - (original: 1.6 sec)
