it was an already existing save and i had like 70 heavy armor skill points and an armor which had +22 heavy armor enchantment once my heavy armor was over 100 the percentage of armor increased has gone to minus i guess idk what happened and idk how to fix it (almost all perks were equipped that i coudl get with 80 heavy armor with face of death perk)

lol with 3 daedric+1 nordic chest piece i have armor rating of 18

edit: I just leveled up and my armor increased to 20 from 18 lol i dont even know.
