Stats?
Kinda looks like the canon and the normal grenade launcher for the Demo.
I have NO IDEA what stats to make, you come up with them.

Maybe make it do a ton of damage only 1 shot before a reload and if it is a direct hit it does 150-220 damage.

I'd have to say that makes it overpowered, but i have now came up with stats.

PROS:
+10% damage
+20% reload speed
+15% projectile speed

CONS:
-10% movement speed when wielding
-50% magazine size
-15% fire rate

EXTRAS?
#Players killed by this weapon burst flames with no pyrovision, or burst a snow explosion with pyrovision

Decent stats. it'll be strong.
