Edit: I realize that i dont know if thats a stat or not but i still think it should be considered for the Weapon

Advantages:

On hit while charging: Cause the enemy target to bleed for 8 seconds
On hit: +50% charging meter added
-70% self blast damage taken
Disadvantages:
On miss while charging: Suffers the user to bleed for 8 seconds
+35% explosive damage vulnerability on wearer

+On hit: Bleed for 2 seconds (because its small)
-slower firing speed
-longer "delay" (do damage 1 second after pressing attack button) (it means slower firing animation)
Please no "hit yourself" and "-health"

But this should be relitvly hard to get. Oh well time for the stats:

Pros:
15% damage bonus
On hit: Sort of daze the enemies, so they can't move. In other words, it stuns them
Cons:
-30% attack speed
-10% movement speed
This idea would mean that you would have to use it with the should most of the time, because you can charge and the attack speed means that you can't just melee somebody. The best plan woukld be shield charge then hit them, move back then launch a grenade. It would make this a bad weapon in Medieval Mode though.
100% chance to stun while charging
On hit: bleed for 5 seconds
Reduced knockback recieved by 30% while it is active
Cons:
Block heal while it is active
Honorable
-25% speed while it is active
1 on hit bleed for 10 secs
2 on hit knocks back opponent
cons:
1 -20% attack speed

i really think that is way too op
