Why does it have such less damage? Couldnt it be like -50% damage?

-15% walking speed
-10% health
+Headshots do 70% more damage
+Getting hits adds to your hype meter
-Missing shots drains your meter
+When meter is full, you do crits for 5 seconds

No, you pump after every shot with a red ryder and the reg reload animation is perfect for this gun, so reload after every shot would be good. More damage would make no sense because bb's aren't more effective than bullets. Less accuracy wouldn't make sense if your probably going to be firing a single bb at the enemies. I just wanted to put some logic into your idea :)

Well, if it did a bit more damage then it would be perfect... like minus 50% damadge

the legendary official red rider 200 shot carbine action range model air-rifle with a compass and this thing wich tells time built righ into the stock was meant to be accurate (or atleast the publicity blurbs said so) so this wouldnt fit the style of the gun
