I'll admit that this rifle looks amazing. but it would be better if the sniper could use it

But the Christmas Story reference wouldn't work if it was Sniper.

This is something the sniper needs, it would be op on scout as he could camp spots the sniper could not reach

sniper? this is more of a engie weapon, a classic varmit gun.
