Wasteland

I want a own Kingdom/faction or something and i see the empty wastelands and i have the Money but how can i get 50000 people that they go there ?

Little late reply but you raise an army using war preparation, then take them to the location until there's 50k.

You don`t have to do it in one time. Actually, You`ll have to transport people from 1 continent to another about 7 times
