Where i can find (Fish) for main quest?
I am not sure how i can find (fish) item for main quest.

Hover over any of the ports and if they have fish in the subtext, that's their specialty item. Go buy one and hand it to the NPC.
Note the ports don't show up unless you've been to it already or if you're close enough so yeah.
