M3 Grant's 75mm

Was it made on purpose that the 75mm on the M3 Grant for the British to be made static and unusable? I couldn't find a way to even use it. Wouldn't that make the Grant feel like useless?

Really? I don't know about that.
Did you use RMB(right mouse button) to switch onto the 75mm gun?
