Read error message one more time.
You have added new button of another mod(Robz Realism???) on the control panel.
#valour mod does not have button called 'hedgehog_big'.
You should:
1)activate mod that has button called 'hedgehog_big';
2)remove 'hedgehog_big' button from control panel;
3)use #valour mod.

Check p.12 of the game manual:

Remove any buttons you have added to Central Panel of the Command Panels (control panel) from Robz Realism mod.

Or you may continue to play Robz Realism mod instead of #valour mod.

What are you asking about? Central Panel of the Command Panels?
Run any MP game with Robz Realism mod activated.

Attach Robz Realism mod.
Run LAN multiplayer.
Select map in Combat / Assault zones mode.
Select any nations.
Run multiplayer match.

You should see Central Panel with buttons here (MP game interface).
Did you really read game manual and page 12 of it???
What folder do you need???

when I turn on valour mod and give multiplayer I create a game I read my map to 100% and it falls and writes to me APP_ERROR unknow control panel irem: hedgehog_big

Ha-ha-ha. You really did not understand.

I shoud repeat one more time:

Run game
Attach Robz Realism mod.
Run LAN multiplayer.
Select map in Combat / Assault zones mode.
Select any nations.
Run multiplayer match.
Remove 'hedgehog_big' button from control panel.
Close match
Attach #valour mod.
Use #valour mod.
