Are you the real creator? If so... Wow, that's pathetic. I never liked your maps, and even you seemingly don't... If you want some constructive criticism, here. I'm not gonna say you suck without reasoning. This map looks better, but not by much.

-Everything is flat, boring. Use some stock TF2 assets, if you have to. Everything here looks flat. Say, some roads in TF2 maps may have, for example, seemingly 3d cobblestones, something this map seriously lacks and it makes it look like a Quake map.
-There's little to nothing in it. The only real "gimmick" is the ability to enter the skybox, and that's become a cliche with custom maps for TF2. Make a real Pony-inspired CTF or 5CP/3CP map.
-Everything is probably made in Sketchup. Get a better modelling program, one that doesnt make just strechable rectangles and circles.
Everything is lazily pit together. Like the cobbled roads. They just... stop. Nothing between them and the grass, the rocks just cut off into the grass. At least add a gradient going into the grass.
There's a certain other Ponyville map i forgot the name of, and i love it, because it doesn't use assets from the original show where they're horrible out of place and just don't work. It's semi-realistic yet stylised, which is what TF2 is. A map in a cartoon's style can work, but as they say, you need to know the rules before you can break them. You've broken them. Horribly. In the other map, nothing is flat and boring, nothing is lazily/shoddily put together, and there's no gigantic empty spaces on the ground level. It uses either custom or TF2 assets for just about everything, giving it some depth. TF2 is a semi-realistic game. You don't rip assets straight from a cartoon and put them in a map. It's hard to explain, but if you know the ponyville map i'm talking about, take some inspiration from it. Also, make a CP/CTF map. At least we can be distracted from how terrible your maps can be at times.
