How to Use the Research Center (WIP Guide)
Copied from my response to Bilethepilot.

I've been messing around with the mod, and I think I've build a basic understanding of how the research center works.

First of all, testing only seems to work with SCP-513. When you click on it, you should be given the option to summon a D-Class. When you click it, one of your prisoners will be tased and teleported into the room. After that, click SCP-513 again and click 'begin test.' If you don't see this option try to summon another D-Class. (For me the option appears immediately after I click summon D-class. You may end up with two D-class in the chamber at one time, but from what I can tell this doesn't affect anything.)

The prisoner is now affected by SCP-513. If you click on the prisoner, you should see 'Affected by SCP-513' and a bar for mental health at the very bottom. Once the prisoner recovers from being tased they will either be escorted back to their cell (if the chosen prisoner was serving lockup/solitary) or will leave 513's chamber. This is fine.

From here, go to your research center. You now have the option to start T-1, T-2, and T-3 testing. From what I've gathered, increasing the level of testing decreases the D-class's mental health. T-3 testing can cause the prisoner to instantly commit suicide.

Toggle scientist sends a foundation scientist to either the prisoner's cell or their location. I'm not sure about this yet, but I'll keep messing with it.

513 will eventually kill the test subject, driving them to commit suicide. Once the subject expires, you can submit the reports, which from what I can tell doesn't do anything. Then, rinse and repeat.

As of now I'm not sure what the delay is for, but I'll keep messing around and record any new discoveries here.

Have fun putting those D-boys to good use!

Addendum 1: If the debug script pops up with an error about an SCP, and you can't close it, just save and restart the prison. I don't know what causes this.

Addendum 2: Reports and affected D-class appear to be reset with every test.

Addendum 3: After submitting your reports you will be given a random number for profit. This either adds or subtracts from your total balance. The system appears to be randomized.

Addendum 4: There's a weird glitch causing a runtime error if you try to use 513 too many times, Not sure what's causing it.

Addendum 5: Toggle D-class appears to send nearby D-class to SCP-513. For what purpose I don't know.

Addendum 6: Delay maxes out at 60 and has a minimum of 3. Still not sure how this works.
