First, you need to make the model and animations for the model. Or, if you're following the PA style, it could be a really thin model, thinner than the thin prisoners. Animations could include SCP-096 sitting, being angry, etc.
Then you need to program his "Face Viewed" system.

Then you finally need his Containment Chamber. You also need a way to contain it.
Perhaps Guards could be programmed and given something to put over 096s face. Then they:
Put the item on 096's face
bring 096 to containment
close containment

IC - 096 is difficult. kk

096 was added in the Euclid pack!
also 173 is coming to the game
