'cuz the community have the best stat ideas!
Here's MINE idea: -every hit deals 10% voltage charges, use "use" button to activate "shock teraphy"
-(-30%damage penalty)
-(+10% attack speed)

the image showing it being more powerful with the more uber you have
so maybe like a Baby Face Blaster approuch form so it has a low bas damage but the more uber you have the more damage it does.

I think (for the electric melee) that it should have a 10% faster firing speed with a 20% damage penalty, but the damage will go up if your Uber is up. For exsample if your Uber is up 10% the damage will go up 10%. With a max of 80% damge increse (from the 20% damage penalty), also it uses 10% of your Uper for each hit.
