Here's MINE idea: -every hit deals 10% voltage charges, use "use" button to activate "shock teraphy"
-(-30%damage penalty)
-(+10% attack speed)

well what if you have the grappling hook, or the spell book?
I was thinking you would use the reload button to activate it.

My possible idea is that for 2 seconds after getting hit the person's vision blurrs such as it does in real life when you get shocked. The downsides could be that instead of random crits it gets random minicrits and the chance of that is greatly reduced. The full-crit/minicrit stat also pertains to being crit boosted except after rounds
then push the "roll" :P

I think we should be a little realistic here on the stats,

+ 25 attackspeed
+ 15 speed on wearer
- 15 damage
- Hurts the medic if its equipped while in water and mini-crits people who are wet

-50% base damage
Will deduct 10% uber from medic using it upon contact with enemy
Every 10% total built uber will add 15% damage
Example, a medic with no uber will do about 30-35 damage, one wil full will do 125-130 on hit
It would be basically the opposite of an Ubersaw
The level of the arc of electricity could even raise and lower depending on uber percentage

Pros
100% change of critical hit under water
+20 damage
Atacking make the enemie stun
Secondary Atack:Eletric shot(shots an bolt that spreads and hits nearby enemies)

No Cons

i like this idea, but the deduction of uber on hit is too big a downside, the very fact you are using the melee weapon when you are at or near full uber puts you a risk of losing it all. otherwise, seems very balanced idea and i hope this becomes a thing
