Read Me File Wont Open

I honestly dont know why i have to delve into my steam documents just to find out how the mod works. But thats not my actual problem. My actual problem is that it refuses to open with notepad. It stops responding as soon as i open it. Any suggestions?

You need to open it with Word! it dosent work with notepad or the windows editor :D
