Too cheap?
It's a great building, but its too cheap for this possibility, or not?
Without destroying the ground, it's the best way to work with the garbage...

Sincerely

Considering the Size and the fact it produces no power but, requires it. Its a average choice, I mean its a definite improvement over the base building but then that's what mods do isn't?

Mods are not all made to unbalance the game.

Heya,

It's +13% better than an incenerator.

a Regular incenerator is 33 garbage processed per dollar upkeep.
Large recycling is 37.5 garbage per dollar. It is also much larger, and quite expensive in comparison.

However, even if you feel it is unbalanced for you; you are welcome to make a local change on your side. :)

Cheers
