protection for blooding xD

I think the bonuses/downsides should be:
bonuses:
Fire damage resistance (like the charge and targe)
blast resistance (also like the charge and targe)
altogether bleed resistance?
maybe damage resistance all together?
downsides:
slower movement speed
slower melee attack speed
lower max health?

I feel Valve could make their own stats, but this might work:
10% Fire Damage Resistance On Wearer
35% Blast Damage Resistance On Wearer
5% Bullet Damage Resistance On Wearer
Wearer cannot bleed
+10 Max Health On Wearer
25% Slower movement speed on wearer
Wearer cannot receive ammo from dispensers

It's my first one, let me know if it's good.

Item sets don't have stats, remember when valve took them away. Maybe a cool player death marker would be neat.

Perhaps when you taunt when you have this item set An effect happens like the saharan spy, but a different effect for this set.

They are nice ideas, but those ideas actually change gameplay, which item sets are not allowed to do. The saharan spy USED to do stuff, but the stats got scrapped because they thought it was making people who were 'Pay 2 play' More powerful, and valve did not want this.

What they DID do with the saharan spy is make it cosmetic, as I suggested, a taunt effect. With other sets, they made a gravestone appear or 'A calling card' when you kill somebody, again, purely cosmetic, and some sets dont even do anything. Valve will definitely not allow these ideas to go in. Nice ideas though

When you taunt an explosion, a big one, behind you. Why? Becuase your a BLBA (Badland Badass) demoman, thus explosions are the only awnser.

Download what?

download the set to replace something else is what he means. Some workshop items have that, fro example somebody might have made this awesome hat for the spy, and you can download a mod for TF2 which replaces a spy hat with that awesome hat you found in the workshop.

I quite like this one, as stated before, item set bonuses are gone.

Full set

5% less damage on players

Okay, there shouldn't be stats for a hat set. It should just be like all the others, you get a special effect. How about this:

When used your voice is lower and metallic.
Instead of bleeding when shot you here a metal clang and sparks fly out.
