Red Bulls and PainKillers!

I cna't use redbulls and painkillers in battleroyale games. How can I use it in game?

You need to bind Custom control 4 to a key in your options (main menu - go to "Controlls" -> "keyboard" -> "Custom controls" -> "User action 4").

What are Red Bulls and PainKillers actually for, i can still run just as fast even when blue bar is empty ? thx

As long as this blue bar is up you are healing over time.
