Is there a mod which is like Battle Royale but with teams?

There is SOLO servers, just go on servers where SOLO is not in the name of this one. You can play in team in these servers all you have to do is to go with your friend on the same positions and you'll be all together (Sorry for my english)

Sorry I don't get it, is this for Battle Royale? You mean Battle Royale already has teaming option or is this for vanilla arma 3 multiplayer?

There are solo servers in Arma 3 BR that don't allow teams, but there are also team servers that allow teams of up to 4 players. You just have to look for them.
