Serverside convars
I feel that there should definately be some serverside configuration convars for multiplayer servers. A very important one would be to disable adrenaline since it literally slows down the entire server while active. Another nice one would be to enable/disable the acceleration when you start moving.

pm_sv_climbvel - default 160
pm_sv_disableadr - default 0
pm_sv_disablehud - default 0
pm_sv_maxjump - default 650
pm_sv_maxspeed - default 500
pm_viewbob - default 1

Can we get one to toggle the acceleration when you start moving too? That'd be awesome.
