I have my DLL but

The mod still is unavailable saying that i have to enable a submod thing.
Any solutions? or are there DLCs that i need?

i suggest you deleting everything in connection with this mod and removing it from your workshop and try to install it again but completely manually, it is what worked for me, could not make it to work via workshop for some reason

nah it turns out the mod requires GnK too. I only had BNW.
