I think a reskin no stats cause it looks like a weapon that doesnt need stats (if u want it op have bleed for 5 secs with it)

Attack Speed +20
Damage -25 (To match scout's bat damage; scout doesn't recieve any of the stats on the weapon)

A reskin of the basic melee for all the classes, like the Pan (but with different sound effects)

Real stats: 420+ coolness and mlg

No random criticals
+0.0000000000000000000001% chance HL3 releases the next day for every swing.

i think simply put 20% more dmg 15% more range and -10 healht

Pros:
On hit 3 Appeers and then gaben stabs the 3

Cons:
delays hl3 by another 500 year on each hit

-user never speaks

Most promotional weapons are re-skins so I would guess if this ever got put in the game it would be a re-skin

How about, no stats. It's a promotional item and will very much more then likely be a re-skin and will have the same attributes as stock.

It would be kinda stupid for this to have stats as an all-class weapon

On Hit: development speed for Half-Life 3 is multiplied by 3

then that will be like the 3-eged sword and the other thing for the scout
