Cities: Skylines

Cities: Skylines

Proper Hardness
consider a lite version?
to me, this does two different things — improves game dynamics, and provides an alternate hard mode. I'd like to get the effects that better fit the first, without getting the effects that better fit the second.

to me, those are:
  • wealth counter/residential tooltips
  • fire spread — there actually is a community mod just for this
  • flooding disaster
  • less despawning traffic — see no despawn mod
  • no citizen despawn (is this the same underlying mechanic?)
  • workers need to work — no calling in sick to avoid traffic
  • life span increase - see Slow Citizen Aging Configurable

You can configure what you want :) If you start a map, a window will pop up and there you can choose between vanilla, features and features + hardmode :3 Also there is a checkbox for disasters ;)

Yep, love the configuration feature. Before that there was another version without the hardmode. But now all in one mod its even better :)

I, personally, would love to see a separate mod that displays the extra building info.

@Nuker X —yeah .. there's a thread on reddit about this mod .. the top two comments had in total something like 150 up votes and both were "wish this building view was available as a separate mod"

Instead of just enabling disasters, I'd like to be able to pick which one I want. I tend to play on maps with less water, so flooding isn't necessary.
