so ive been loving this mod but i notcied something, almost my entire industrial sector was abandoned, and i discovered its mostly because of not having enough workers. i was like wut? i have 5k people, how do i not have enough workers so i checked my population. there were 1k employed, amd 3k available... but 4% unemployment... wut? then i discovered more than half my population were seniors

so how do i solve this problem short of demolishing their homes every couple or years?
