It would be very cool instead of just raising the sea level to make the flood disaster a real flood so you can start to protect yourself from it (like building ♥♥♥♥s ( the water walls not the lesbians) and / or water management )

The cure for flood at the moment is just to wait a little and have enough cash to catch the outflow and inflow of people.

Maybe instead of the sea level on the whole map you can just let the water spawner ( I believe there is something like that ) just blurp out a burst of water and watch it slowly tsunami across the map. Maybe find the deepest point in the map or so to find the most likely spot for floods.

I believe it would add a cool dimension to it :)
