RMB Scroll Not Working
I might be missing something but I suscribed and and nothing seems to happen. Actually, all I want is RMB Scrolling. This isn't a FPS for god's sake and thanks for the Mod, but I can't seem to get anywhere here... Are there some steps to get Mods working that I need to do as this is my first Mod?

Nevermind I solved it. Mods are advertised and explained often enough as simply suscribing to them and then they magically work. That is partially true. One must go into Cities: Skylines and access the main menu and go to "Content Manager" and then to "Mods" to ENABLE the mods...Good Luck All!

C:S noob checking in here, confirming I had the same problem and solved it thanks to your thread. Also thank you for stopping me from embarrassing myself in the comments section by saying it wasn't working :\

Can someone help me? I enabled the mod in settings but when I'm in the game and press RMB nothing happens, as well as all the rest... Any idea why? :(
