Use mouse wheel. My fail, I forgot that someone can have no mouse e.g. with laptop and using a wheel can be hard... Wire adv tool can select Input by right click, but hehe right click is already used... Will think and fix it later.

Bonus keyboard being the numpad... Couldn't you have the button to be customly binded also, but have it default on the mouse?

numpad arrow keys pag up page down will let you scroll if u dont have a mouse this is possbily the weiredst thread iv ever seen.

idea for cross prop mix (such as a prop texture aceept for modded props) can be mixed onto another props texture to get it to l ook like the other but is not the real prop

OK found the way how to scrool if scrool doesn't work
Allow console (options > advanced settings, and check "Enable developer console"), then write "unbindall", then open options and click "Use defaults"
now it works for me
