Counter for defense field frigate?
I try to attack defense field frigate but every time i try to kill it i turns on defense field righat away which is the charge id ridiculusly fast and unable to give some damage. should i use other things?

Defense fields have a large aura, but I do not believe they actually protect from weapons launched inside the field.

I tend to use pulsar fighters to target the defense field frigates, which works just fine.

I'm sure ion beams would work too, but I tend to play Hiigaran, and I don't see ion beams until much later in the game sadly...

I suspect bombers would work too, anything that gets close enough to be "inside the bubble"
