Complex EVO [HW Remastered]
Is it possible to tweak/mod Complex itself? Error during extraction.
I'd like to modify a few elements of Complex, such as research costs/speed, unit caps, experiment with disabling particular ships/weapons, etc.

I've been reading through the modding process on the GBX forums and have tried extracting the ComplexEVOdevbuild40.big file using archive.exe and the appropriate powershell/command line commands, but I get the following error (%PathToUserFolder% subbed in for my local user's folder for privacy/brevity):

Command:
.\Archive.exe -a ..\..\HomeworldRM\DataWorkshopMODs\76561197971047212\398406822\ComplexEVOdevbuild40.big -e '%PathToUserFolder%\Desktop\HW2Edit\'

I've tried running the command prompt/powershell session as administrator and it behaves the same way. I've also tried XUnpack to see if I was missing a decryption step and the UI for XUnpack sees all of the .big files in the HW directory structure but does not list the Complex one in the list.

Nevermind--apparently there's an issue with the location I was trying to extract the files to (maybe a space in the path, even though I did encapsulate the whole path in quotes, or perhaps a permissions problem despite running the session as administrator...). I extracted to a folder in the root of my C: drive and it appears I was able to extract the contents of the Complex .big file.
