(BUG) Additional Kushan Scaffold is mistakenly available after its destruction and rebuilding...
When pressing fleet manager (''I'' key by default) - it is indicated "Scaffold - 0/1" with green colour, assuming that I can build one Kushan Scaffold... It is wrong because the initial Scaffold was destroyed by the enemy and new one was bought... So now I have one and the last Scaffold alive - and fleet manager indication should be corrected to "Scaffold - 1/1" with red colour, assuming that I have 1 Scaffold and cannot build any more...

Pls fix.

Could you also check for the same issue the other fleet manager's ships (Capitals / Battle Capitals / Utilities and other) of all the races?
