Both have stupidly fast internet (300mb+) hes on a Ryzen 7 1070 and im on a I7 6700k 1080ti
ive seen that it can desync due to frame drops under 20?
I shall try turning the wreck times and fleet cap down and see what happens, you are right tho, it does seem silly to me to have to turn options down on a game that first came out in 1999 and 2003!
Specs:
AMD FX-8350 Processor
24gb DD3 Ram (16GB Dual channel for gaming)
Nvidia GTX 1070 SC2 8GB GDDR5
1.5 TB SSD
Run the game at 1440p, get 60-144fps
