How about Stats?
I think the stats for this weapon must be more defensive... Because with jarate we deal minicrits. Soo............

Well I always wanted like random effect jar weapon.For example if u throw it at someone it can cause random effect like,death mark,fire,enemy heal(would be downside of this weapon),insta kill,stun or somthing else xD

I liek afroape's idea, but there needs to be more downsides then 1.

On hit: unleashes a random effect on target enemy.

Positive effects:
1% chance of killing instantly
15% chance of Jarate
13% chance of Mad Milk
11% Chance of Marked for Death
10% Chance of teleporting enemy

Neutral effects:
10% nothing happens
10% of swapping places with Target
5% chance of making enemy covered in glitter

Bad effects:
10% chance of healing 50 hp on Target
14% chance of opponent stealing 25 hp from you
1% for 10 sec of uber

And maybe for april fools, give it these stats.

On hit: Changes team colored cosmetics to that of the opposite team

For example, a red sniper throws it at a blue demoman. The demo's colors change to red. Hilarity ensues as the demo is still on the blue team but looks red. He can no longer be detected by reds and is thought of as an enemy by the blues, but only the reds can hurt him.

It would be even funnier to turn on friendly fire, just saying Valve

I think it should just mark for death, or do DOT damage for whatever the time it takes for you to stop bleeding.

Bow would be cool but op like hell,super fast arrow spam.But i would try it for sure :D Potion seems OP too but if it had like 5 secs duration it would be fair.Axe idea is great,there isn't weapon that deals more dmg with every kill :D

When Uber'd and applied to target...
Target is slowed by 35% and cannot pick up health while active

8 second duration time
12 second reload time

besides the uber thing, i think these would be a pretty awsome wepon

i think it should do Crits Like A Op weapon the same as jarate and milk mixed together
