+999% movement speed +999 seconds of ubercharge per hit and at spawn +999% damage increase +999% damage reduction +999% firing rate for all weapons +999% clip size for weapons with clips +999% ammo caried for all weapons +999% faster reload -1 health

This, if it wanted to be a weapon as well, would be an excellent reskin for the knife. No stats different than the standard knife. Backstabs would now be quick neck snaps. frontal stabs would be jabs or what not.

The spy demonstrates in the story excellent hand to hand combat skill. If i could design things that looked as good as this, i wouldnt waste it as a cosmetic.
