We need to give it +2000000 damage and a x20 multiplier on hed, alrite? We need to add 3 seconds to the reload time and -5% accursy so its balanced. Also if you hit someone it recharges your cloak entirely.

I have no virus after 3 days but my problem resides in I cant open VMT files meaning I cn use the skin. D:

Epic, you don't need to open the .vmt files to get the skin. All you do is drag the .vmt inside of your custom folder in your tf directory! Enjoy!

- cloak can only be charged by damaging enemies
