Single Player not working?

I've played this mod a lot and enjoyed it. So I start playing today and noticed no enemy bases, airfields, or resource area's spawn. I go to look where these things are normally and nothings there. I uninstall and reinstall the mod and same thing. Anybody else seeing this issue or is it just me?
