Transfer Money
Hi,

Im playin this mod with a friend. And i wonder how he can transfer money from the bank to his character when he isnt the commander?
I mean he starts with 100 € which isnt even enough to get a vehicle.

If you are the commander, you can steal money from the FIA account and give it to your mate.

To transfer FIA funds to your personal account: HQ menu (flagpole) -> Grab Money from Pool
To transfer personal funds to another player: look at your friend -> open menu ("Y") -> Player and Money -> Donate to Player

I still say commander should never get a penalty for taking money from FIA funds. It's not stealing if you're the commander!
