Observation post not working?
I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong but I have 2 observation posts overlooking Kavala on hill tops and no enemies are being marked on my map.I have tried looking at the map in high commander as well but nothing. If I go up to one of the observation posts and lay next to the sniper team I can hear them calling out contacts to one another but no one is marked on my map. Is this what observation posts are for? If not what are they used for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have enough radios ? You need to acquire radio to your arsenal so that the units can call out the position of the enemies. Until then observation posts are useless.

Maybe you are expecting big green markers with text. That has been removed in order to use vanilla High Command markers instead. And if you play in dedi, those markers (don't ask me, ask BIS) appear all in blue so you have to guess...

Thanks for your reply barbolani. I have gone into high command and the only markers that appear are markers for AAF that i have spotted. BTW I am playing in the Apex sneak preview, is this a problem? I have been playing in singleplayer but i have some friends that wanted to play so i will be moving my save over to a dedicated server, i will let you know if this changes anything.

Thanks Green rainbow Baron. Yes i do have radios unlocked in the arsenal but one of the observation posts was set up when i didnt have radios. I will remove this one and start it again but the others should have radios as i deployed them when the radios were unlocked.
