Bad Vehicle Spawns

Our clan is currently playing on war level 8 and there are no good vehicles spawing at air bases. Just transport helicopters and light ground vehicles. One time we got a tank, but nothing more. Searching in 4 air bases for many hours. Why is that so?

Antistasi has economics for the AI and probably they have run out of that stuff. Easy way to check this: interrogate prisoners.
