Weapon unlocking

Does anyone know how to unlock weapons permanently. I have the parameter set to 15 and i have 25 MX's but it will not unlock permanently.

how much ammo? maybe its because of this

Hi, i was about to reply saying it occurred to me also last night (RHS L1A1), but on restarting the server it ticked over and unlocked.
