We ran in a problem that Titan MPRL(Digital) and Titan MPRL Compact(Olive) aren't unlocking for us(50-80 each, server set 15 weapons to unlock).
Its annoying, because they are default AAF AT and AA weapons that spawn into ammo chests and while you can say we have "unlimited" ATs, AI squadmates don't spawn with them and as the game progresses its getting more annoying and more annoying.

So... I recall there was a force synchronization option for Arsenal back in the day, but now it seams missing, is there a way to force game to unlock them?

Also might add with the new update boats can't be bought.
Had HQ near water, targeted the boat near in water, money was deducted, Petros said vehicle spawned, but yet no boat.
