low fuel even on newly spawned vehicles

low fuel even on newly spawned vehicles. All vehicles in this mission, even planes are low on fuel. is it bug?

no it's a feature since 1.8 to simulate the low fuel availibilty on altis.

Yes there is, just Arma feature the refueling: visit gas stations or use fueltrucks
