Antistasi and Zeus Reinforcing Outposts

Im running antistasi single player scenario and trying to use Zeus to reinforce outpost that i have captured with walls, extra towers and troops. Persistent save does not save anything that i have placed including vehicles and troops. Is there a way to save all that and if there is, how do i do it?

I only know that in the "Construct Here"-menu, the Sandbag and Concrete Bunkers are persistent. No idea about a fix for the smaller stuff, but i tried it once and they vanished as well, so i stopped using/placing them.

Don't think so. On the official server, admins frequently build extra stuff around base but they are always lost after restart.
