Speed + a little bit of a damage bouns depending on (by this i mean u get these bounses by lower ammo) amount of ammo/coin. like if u were low on ammo u could make a quick get away because of the bounses
but if u died u drop an ammo pack depanding on ammo so it can support people to attack u but still be weary of u and this could lure people into chansing u right into a trap.
the idea is an ammo base weapon which something we have yet to see in TF 2
Yes, it should shoot coins and maybe jewels and such, but I think it should do the oposite of damaging wet players more, I think it should damage wet players 50% or so LESS, and 20-30% MORE damage to DRY players (Get it? Because they're LANDLUBBERS) Also I think Heavy should move faster in water (because he's a pirate, and also to compensate for the fact that it does less damage to wet players)

the idea of this is to strenghen its dps whilst draining its smaller supply of ammo quickly
this ofc is where "enemys drop ammo pack on kill" comes in, allowing a good heavy to keep fireing infinantly whilst a bad heavy runs out and fammens much much quicker but still enjoys the dps increase
This isnt a bad idea, however enimies already drop ammo
