Anyone else think this should be apart of a set?
I dunno. Just something that came to mind, maybe like a tie for the Medic with a jiggle-bone, or a Pocket Derplek.

I didn't mean like a wep or anything. That is a little too much to ask from Valve without the BBC's permission, I mean like Tennant hair or something or a Trenchcoat (it should be paintable because not all people will like the brown).

I personally think it could be part of a more "casual" set, like with sweatpants, a t-shirt and messy hair
the clothes would be default team-colored and paintable probably

Please, if anyone's gonna have a set based on the tenth Doctor, it should be Scout.
